What is an AD STAR sack
This is a new and innovative packaging technology, without any adhesives or stitching, just through hot air welding, the tubular woven fabric can become a finished bag within several minutes.
The step of the bag processing begins from a coated pp woven fabric, and then, cutting, folding the bottom, welding with layers, bag finishing, totally by one machine, AD* STARKON
This bag is commonly used for the automatic packaging, transportation and storage of cement, fertiliser, granulates, animal feed and many other dry bulk products. The bag is stronger than paper, quick to fill and has a good moisture barrier; all qualities that have contributed to the sharpincrease in the use of this packaging type.
The loading is from 25 to 50kg, and printing can be offset, flexo, and also gravure print. On both side.
Block BottomBagsare perforated with star micro perforation system which allows air to come out holding the cement or other material without allowing any seepage.
the AD*STAR Block Bottom Cement Bag is the lightweight among woven bags made of polypropylene fabric. Less weight means material savings in the manufacturing process, and despite its low weight, the PP woven bag is robust.
It is superior to other comparable products as far as resistance to breakage is concerned, is versatile and also eco-friendly and economical. It exhibits high strength; is water & weather resistant; withstands rough handling; is tear resistant; has varying air-permeability; is recyclable & reusable and is well suited for pallet storage with the brick-shape packed sack.
The Ad*Star Sack can be produced either as a one-layer block bottom valve bag (V-BB) or as an open mouth bag with a block bottom without valve (OM-BB) and with or without micro-perforations.
AD*STAR Sacks can be produced with UV Protection and with various coloured woven fabrics.
Laminations are also an option, to give a gloss or special matt finish, with high quality graphics & printing up to 7 colours, including process printing (photographic), i.e.: Laminated with BOPP (gloss or matt) film with high quality photographic printing for the ultimate presentation.
