What is an AD*Star bag?

AD*STAR® is the well-known sack concept for cement – in use worldwide, patented internationally, and produced exclusively on Starlinger machines. The brick-shaped PP woven sacks, produced without adhesives by heat-welding of the coating on the fabrics, was developed with automated filling and landing processes in mind. As a result of the material characteristics and the special production process, the weight of an average 50 kg AD*STAR® cement sack can be as low as 75 grams. A comparable 3-layer paper bag will weigh about 180 grams and PE-film bag 150 grams. An economical use of raw material not only helps minimize cost, it is also a valuable contribution to the preservation of our environment.

For automatic filing machines , the bags must keep To be smooth and unfolded , so We have the following packing term , please check according To your filling machines .

1. Bales packing : free of charge , workable for semi-automatization filing machines , workers hands are needed when packing cement .

2. Wooden pallets : 25$/set, common packing term , convenient To loading by forklift and could keep the bags flat , workable for completed automatic filing machines To large production , but loading few than bales , so higher transportation cost than bales packing.

3. Wooden + export carton : 40$/set, workable for packages , which has highest requirement for flat , packing the least quantity in all packing terms , with the highest cost in transportation .
